Our name is a reflection of the ancient Indian Vedic culture. Gurukul means the place of the teacher. Literally, guru means teacher, and kula means family. So gurukul means more than just a school, but a place where the student comes to be a part of the family of the guru , learn the culture , gain knowledge, explore, observe and prepare for life. We opened the doors in 2005 in the Ardenwood area, and then gradually moved to this bigger and better place to accommodate our growing family and to continue giving high quality care and education to the generation next. We are proud of our unique after school setting and high quality care.
